We are based in New Zealand and are lucky to have our covid cases under control. Our thoughts are always with the countries and their people who aren't so lucky. We take all care with the packing of your beautiful purchase. Shipping is taking a lot longer at present and can take up to 4 weeks for items to arrive, but that is getting better all the time now.  We are sorry that sometimes the delay is long and we do all that we can do get your precious choice to you as fast as possible.
